The following Terms & Conditions apply to the online auction of equipment and assets located at 1804 Lorance Dr., Little Rock, AR 72206. In order to participate in this auction, all bidders must read and accept the Terms & Conditions set forth below.

Buyer’s Premium
A buyer’s premium of ten percent (10%) of the high bid will be added to the bid price to determine the final purchase price for each lot.

Load-Out / Removal

All items must be paid for in full prior to removal. Buyers must present a paid invoice and valid government-issued ID at load-out.
No exceptions.
Buyers are solely responsible for all rigging, loading, labor, equipment, and transportation. No loading assistance will be provided.

Payment Instructions
Invoices will be emailed to successful bidders immediately following the auction. Auction Company may contact winning bidders by phone to confirm payment method and provide wiring instructions if applicable.
All payments are due immediately following the close of the auction. No exceptions.

Soft Close Explanation
If a bid is placed within the final minute of bidding, the closing time for that item will be extended by one (1) minute. This process will continue until no bids are placed for a full one-minute period. This ensures a fair and transparent bidding environment.
