By registering to bid, all bidders acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing any bids.

BUYER’S PREMIUM

A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid price of all items sold.

FEDERAL BANKRUPTCY NOTICE

This is a Federal Bankruptcy Auction. All sales are subject to approval by the appointed Federal Trustee in U.S. Bankruptcy Court Case No. 4:25-bk-10141R.

INSPECTION/PREVIEW

Tuesday, June 17th at 10:00 AM (CT)
Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect items in person during the designated preview period.

LOADOUT & REMOVAL

Thursday, June 19th from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (CT)
Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of their purchases. Auction staff will not be available to assist with loading. Please bring adequate labor and equipment for heavy or bulky items.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Titled Vehicles: Payment must be made by Cash or Cashier’s Check only.
• All Other Items: Payment accepted via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Cash (contact us before the auction closes if you intend to pay with cash).
• A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions.

ALL invoices will be charged immediately after the auction closes using the credit card on file.
If the card is declined, a $25 service fee will apply for additional payment coordination.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

To participate in this auction, bidders must provide a valid name, physical address, daytime phone number, email address, and a valid credit card.

CURRENCY

All transactions are in United States Dollars (USD).

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

By registering to bid, you authorize Wooley Auctioneers, Inc. to charge your credit card for any successful purchases, including applicable buyer’s premiums and fees.

BIDDER CONTRACT

Placing a bid is a legally binding contract to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. Do not bid unless you intend to complete the transaction and remove your items within the designated timeframe.

FAILURE TO REMOVE PURCHASED ITEMS

All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup window. Items not removed will be considered abandoned, and ownership will revert back to the seller without refund.

If you foresee an issue with removal, please contact us before the auction closes.

SHIPPING

Shipping is not available. This is a local pickup auction only. The auction company does not provide packing, shipping, or handling services.

Wooley Auctioneers, Inc. is providing online bidding as a service and is not responsible for system outages, missed bids, or technical issues. Bidders are encouraged to use the maximum bid (proxy bidding) feature well in advance of the auction closing.

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

1. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
2. All property is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”, with no warranties or guarantees.
3. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
4. Any disputes or legal proceedings shall be conducted in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
5. The auction company reserves the right to refuse bidding privileges to any person.
6. All announcements posted prior to the close of bidding supersede any prior statements, written or verbal.
