TERMS & CONDITIONS
STRATTON’S MARKET LIQUIDATION AUCTION
Little Rock, Arkansas

  1. AUCTION FORMAT
    This is an online-only absolute auction. All items will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price. The auction will begin closing on Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST.
  2. SOFT CLOSE
    This auction features a soft close. If a bid is placed within the final minute of bidding on any lot, the bidding period for that lot will automatically extend to allow additional bidding.
  3. BUYER’S PREMIUM
    A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid price of each item to determine the total purchase price.
  4. PAYMENT
    Payment is due in full at pickup.

Accepted forms of payment include:
• Cash
• Cashier’s Check
• Wire Transfer
• Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express

A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to all credit and debit card transactions.

The auction company reserves the right to require wire transfer or certified funds for larger purchases.

  1. REMOVAL / LOADOUT
    Removal dates are:

Thursday, May 28th, 2026
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Friday, May 29th, 2026
9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon

No exceptions to removal dates or times.

All items must be removed during the scheduled removal period. Any items not removed by the stated deadline may be considered abandoned and resold or disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company without refund.

Buyers are solely responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, dollies, carts, transportation, and any other materials necessary to safely remove their purchases.

  1. DISCONNECTS / REMOVAL
    Buyers are responsible for proper disconnection and removal of purchased equipment. Any plumbing, gas, or electrical disconnects must be performed in accordance with applicable laws and codes.

Any damage caused to the building during removal shall be the responsibility of the buyer.

  1. CONDITION OF ITEMS
    All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied.

Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. The Auction Company and Seller make no representations regarding condition, authenticity, age, functionality, completeness, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.

  1. BIDDER RESPONSIBILITY
    By registering and placing bids, bidders acknowledge that they have inspected the items to their satisfaction or have voluntarily waived their right to inspect.

Once a bid has been placed, it may not be withdrawn or retracted.

  1. DEFAULT
    If a bidder fails to pay for or remove purchased items within the stated terms, the Auction Company reserves the right to revoke bidding privileges, retain all funds received, resell the items, and pursue any legal remedies available.
  2. LIABILITY
    Persons attending the auction site during preview or removal do so at their own risk. Buyers assume full responsibility for any injury or damage resulting from the removal of purchased items.

The Seller and Auction Company shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage of any kind.

  1. INTERNET BIDDING
    The Auction Company is not responsible for missed bids, technical difficulties, loss of internet connection, or software malfunctions.
  2. SALES TAX
    Applicable Arkansas sales tax will be collected unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption certificate prior to payment.
