AUCTION SCHEDULE
- Auction format: Online bidding only.
- Bidding opens: Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
- Preview: Monday, October 12, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
- Lots begin closing: Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Central Time.
- Removal: Wednesday–Friday, October 14–16, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.

BUYER’S PREMIUM
A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid on each lot. Buyers are responsible for any title, registration, transfer, licensing, or other fees that may apply to their purchases.
PREVIEW & INSPECTION
Preview will be held at 4 Wagon Track Road, Perryville, AR 72126, on Monday, October 12, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In-person inspection is strongly encouraged.

Bidders are responsible for verifying each item’s condition, identity, size, capacity, completeness, operability, hours, mileage, serial numbers, and suitability before bidding. Descriptions and photographs are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Photographs may show items or attachments that are not included in a particular lot.

The estate and Wooley Auctioneers, Inc. do not guarantee operating condition, roadworthiness, or the availability of keys, manuals, attachments, or components. Title or ownership documentation is included only when expressly stated in a lot description. Failure to inspect does not relieve a successful bidder of the obligation to pay for and remove a purchase. All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges, refunds, or price adjustments.
REGISTRATION & BIDDING
- Bidders must be at least 18 years old.
- An accurate name, address, telephone number, email address, and valid credit card are required for registration and bidding approval.
- Each bid is a binding offer to purchase. A successful bidder is responsible for the high bid, buyer’s premium, and all other amounts due.
- Do not bid unless you can pay for and remove your purchases within the stated schedule.
The auction company may request additional identification or payment assurance; reject a bid; decline or revoke bidding privileges; withdraw or re-catalog a lot; or correct a catalog error before a lot closes. Announcements and corrections posted before a lot closes take precedence over earlier descriptions or advertising. If a bidding dispute arises, the auction company may determine the successful bidder, reopen bidding, or resell the lot as appropriate.
PAYMENT
- Invoices will be emailed to successful bidders after the auction. Payment is due promptly following the auction.
- All on-site payments must be completed by Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Central Time. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you cannot pay on site by that deadline, you must pay by wire transfer or credit card before your purchases can be released.
- On-site payment methods: Cash, cashier’s check, or other certified funds payable to Wooley Auctioneers, Inc. No personal checks.
- Credit cards: A 3.5% convenience fee applies to all credit card transactions.
- Wire transfers: Request instructions from the auction company and confirm them by phone before sending funds.
- No item will be released until the buyer’s account is paid in full and payment has been verified.
The credit card supplied at registration does not by itself constitute payment. If you do not receive an invoice, contact the auction company promptly.
LOADOUT & REMOVAL
- Location: 4 Wagon Track Road, Perryville, AR 72126.
- Removal hours: Wednesday–Friday, October 14–16, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.
- Paid receipt required: Every buyer or authorized representative must present a paid receipt before removing any item.
- Third-party pickup: Contact the auction company in advance to authorize release to another person or carrier.
- Removal deadline: All purchases must be removed during the scheduled period unless the auction company approves other arrangements in advance.
LIMITED LOADING ASSISTANCE
Some equipment will be available on site to assist with loading implements and machinery on a first-come, first-served basis. Assistance may take time. Please plan accordingly and be patient; do not rely on the auction company to load your purchases promptly.
Wooley Auctioneers does not have staff on hand to load buyers’ items. Auction staff will be on site to verify paid purchases and help ensure that each buyer receives only the items purchased.
BUYER’S RIGGING & REMOVAL RESPONSIBILITY
Some items may be too heavy or difficult to load with the equipment available and may require professional rigging. Buyers are solely responsible for arranging and paying for all labor, rigging, equipment, towing, hauling, and transportation necessary for safe removal. Inspect access, dimensions, and weights before bidding on large machinery.
Buyers and their contractors must protect the property and other lots, follow site directions, and repair or pay for damage they cause. Only property included in the buyer’s purchased lots may be removed. The auction company may stop unsafe removal activity.
VEHICLES, TRAILERS & TITLES
Vehicles, trailers, and equipment may be non-running or unsuitable for road use. Buyers must arrange appropriate transportation and comply with applicable registration, insurance, weight, permit, and highway-safety requirements.
Any title or ownership paperwork included with a lot will be identified in that lot’s description. Do not assume a title is available unless expressly stated. Applicable title documents will be released after payment has been verified and transfer requirements have been completed.
SHIPPING
Wooley Auctioneers, Inc. does not provide packing or shipping. Buyers may arrange their own carrier or shipper, provided pickup occurs during the scheduled removal period, the buyer has paid in full, and release to that party has been authorized. The buyer is responsible for all carrier charges, loading arrangements, and transportation.
FAILURE TO PAY OR REMOVE
Failure to pay for or remove purchases as required may result in suspension of bidding privileges, reasonable storage or administrative charges, resale of the property, and other remedies available to the estate or auction company. Property left after the removal deadline without an approved arrangement may be treated as abandoned to the extent permitted by law, without refund. Contact Brad Wooley immediately if a payment or removal problem arises.
INTERNET BIDDING
Internet bidding is provided as a convenience. The auction company is not responsible for missed bids, interrupted connections, device problems, platform delays, or other technical failures. Bidders should place maximum or proxy bids well before the close and monitor the catalog for extensions and announcements. The auction company’s records will govern the determination of bids received and lots sold.
SITE SAFETY & LIABILITY
Persons attending preview or removal enter the property at their own risk. Machinery, vehicles, tools, terrain, and loading activities present hazards. Buyers are responsible for the conduct and safety of their employees, contractors, and carriers, and for injury or property damage caused by their removal activities. The estate and auction company are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage arising from a buyer’s inspection, loading, or removal, to the extent permitted by law.
GENERAL TERMS
All bids and payments are in U.S. dollars. Arkansas law governs these terms. Any legal proceeding concerning the auction shall be brought in Pulaski County, Arkansas, where permitted by law. By registering or bidding, the bidder acknowledges reading and accepting these Terms & Conditions and any timely posted changes.
