BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer’s Premium Will Apply to All Purchases.
CREDIT CARD CONVIENCE FEE: An Additional 3.5% will be added to all credit card transactions.
AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we will be following the current CDC guidelines during the designated load out & preview times as follows: No more than 10 people allowed on the premises at a time and each attendee must stay at least 6 feet away from other attendees at all times.

INSPECTION: Sunday, November 1st from 1:00pm-6:00p. (see Auctioneers’ Note above for special instructions regarding the preview/open house due to the Covid-19 Pandemic)
BIDDING BEGINS TO END: November 4th at 2:00pm
LOAD OUT/REMOVAL TIMES:
- Thursday November 5th from 9:00am-5:00pm,
- Friday November 6th from 9:00am-5:00pm
- Saturday November 7th from 9:00-12noon
AUCTIONEERS NOTE: If you do not come pick up your items during the designated load out & removal times then you will have forfeited your Items and title will revert back to the seller. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items, no exceptions. Buyers must come prepared and with plenty of help to load large/heavy item during the designated load out/removal times. Auction company does not have staff on hand load. IF YOU CANNOT ABIDE BY THESE INSTRUCTIONS, THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID.

FAILURE TO PICK-UP ITEMS: All items MUST BE REMOVED from the premises at the designated times. IF YOU FAIL TO PICK-UP ANY ITEMS on the days that have been scheduled YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE FORFEITED THE ITEMS AND TITLE WILL REVERT BACK TO THE SELLER. Please contact the auction company BEFORE THIS AUCTION CLOSES if you foresee a problem. No Refunds will be issued for abandoned items.
SHIPPING: No shipping options available for this auction. Auction company does not ship.

EXPLANATION SOFT CLOSE: if an item receives a bid within the last minute, then the close time will be extended 1 minute from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to be extended for 1 minute with each newly placed bid and the item will not close until 1 minute have elapsed with no additional bid activity. This does eliminate “snipers” from our Internet Auctions. Please be assured that we have taken every precaution to set the site up in a transparent manner that allows for the fairest environment for both buyers and sellers.
