AUCTIONEERS NOTE: If you do not come pick up your items during the designated load out & removal times then you will have forfeited your Items and title will revert back to the seller. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items, no exceptions. Buyers must come prepared and with plenty of help to load large/heavy item during the designated load out/removal times. Auction company does not have staff on hand load. If you cannot abide by these instructions, then please do not bid.
